Job Description
Job Title: Thai Language Expert
Job Type: Contractor
Location: Remote
Job Summary: In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and correct machine-generated Thai transcriptions for high accuracy and contextual relevance.
- Record yourself reading finalized Thai transcriptions in a clear and natural manner.
- Ensure all recordings are produced in a quiet environment with minimal background noise.
- Perform precise captioning and transcription tasks while adhering to project guidelines.
- Collaborate remotely with the customer’s team, providing feedback and suggestions for process improvement.
- Maintain meticulous attention to detail when verifying audio, written, and captioned materials.
- Adhere to high standards for audio quality using reliable recording equipment (standard laptop microphones are acceptable).
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Fluentproficiency in Thai, with exceptional pronunciation and diction.
- Demonstrated experience with voice acting, transcription, or captioning in Thai.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Thai and English.
- Strong attention to detail for identifying and correcting subtle errors.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote setup.
- Access to a quiet recording environment and quality audio equipment.
- Proficiency with basic recording software and collaborative online tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience working with AI, speech technology, or voice data projects.
- Background in linguistics, media, or content localization.
- Experience collaborating with global, remote teams.
