Join our customer’s team as a Domestic Violence Psychologist (Ph.D/Psy.D), playing a critical role in advancing support services and interventions for those affected by domestic violence. Contribute your expertise in clinical psychology and trauma-informed care to generate impactful training data for AI solutions that will enhance future therapeutic and crisis response capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide subject-matter expertise in domestic violence and trauma-informed care to support the training and evaluation of AI systems.
- Review and analyze clinical scenarios involving survivors of domestic violence to ensure psychological accuracy and sensitivity in AI training datasets.
- Contribute insights on risk assessment, safety planning, and crisis intervention to improve AI understanding of survivor support strategies.
- Evaluate AI-generated responses related to trauma and domestic violence, providing expert feedback to enhance empathy, accuracy, and ethical alignment.
- Collaborate with AI researchers and interdisciplinary teams to refine prompts, training materials, and model outputs.
- Translate clinical knowledge into structured training content and case examples for AI learning modules.
- Ensure AI outputs reflect trauma-informed principles, ethical standards, and survivor-centered practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology or a closely related discipline.
- Licensed Psychologist with specialized experience in domestic violence cases.
- Demonstrated expertise in trauma-informed care and crisis intervention.
- Proficient in risk assessment and safety planning methodologies.
- Exceptional empathetic communication and active listening skills.
- Strong clinical documentation and analytical abilities.
