• Monitor, analyze, and optimize network performance to guarantee reliability and efficiency.
• Implement and enforce security protocols to protect sensitive data and maintain regulatory compliance.
• Perform regular system backups and participate in disaster recovery planning for business continuity.
• Assist in the development, documentation, and implementation of IT policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with various departments to assess needs and deliver tailored IT solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Specialist or in a similar technical support role.
• Strong proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
• Hands-on experience with network administration and security systems.
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and virtualization technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail and process improvement.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills for effective team and end-user collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP).
