Job Summary:

Join our team as a Business Development Representative (BDR) - Hybrid Role, where your energy and expertise will fuel our growth in dynamic sectors. In this influential role, you’ll proactively engage prospects, master sophisticated sales strategies, and help drive our expansion across diverse industries. Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, engage, and qualify new business opportunities through outbound and inbound channels

- Conduct effective discovery conversations to understand prospects’ needs and articulate our solutions’ value proposition

- Develop and nurture relationships with decision-makers across targeted industries

- Stay current with industry trends, especially in security and artificial intelligence, to initiate relevant prospect engagements

- Maintain accurate records of interactions and pipeline activity in CRM systems

- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams to refine outreach strategies

- Consistently achieve or exceed individual and team targets in a resilient, high-energy manner


Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences

- Proven self-motivation and resilience in fast-paced, goal-driven environments

- Demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex business concepts and buyer journeys

Preferred Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a B2B sales or business development role
