You will support end-users, manage desktop environments, and deliver exceptional technical assistance. Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop hardware, software, and operating systems for end-users.
- Provide timely and effective troubleshooting and technical support both in-person and remotely.
- Maintain user accounts and permissions through Active Directory and related tools.
- Monitor system performance and implement updates, patches, and security protocols as needed.
- Document technical procedures, resolutions, and systems changes clearly and concisely.
- Collaborate closely with IT staff to deliver consistent user experiences and resolve complex issues.
- Contribute to IT projects such as system upgrades, deployments, and office moves.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Desktop Administrator or in a similar technical support role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac OS environments, including installation and maintenance.
- Hands-on experience with hardware troubleshooting and peripheral device management.
- Well-versed in Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and remote support tools.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a commitment to clear, effective collaboration.
- Solid understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals and data protection best practices.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft MCSA, or similar.
- Experience supporting users in a multi-site or enterprise environment.
- Familiarity with automation or scripting for desktop administration tasks.
