Job Summary:

Join our customer's team as an Attorney and play a pivotal role in providing expert legal guidance, supporting diverse and dynamic projects in a remote capacity. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, handle complex legal challenges, and make a significant impact on the organization’s success.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver comprehensive legal counsel to internal teams on a wide range of issues, including contracts, compliance, and regulatory matters.
  2. Draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents, ensuring the organization’s interests are protected.
  3. Conduct legal research and remain up-to-date with relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
  4. Proactively identify potential legal risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  5. Advise stakeholders on dispute resolution and litigation matters as required.
  6. Collaborate closely with external counsel and internal teams to drive efficient legal processes.
  7. Contribute to the development and implementation of internal policies that align with legal and regulatory requirements.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and admission to a bar association in good standing.
  2. Proven experience as an attorney, with a strong background in corporate, commercial, or regulatory law.
  3. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of navigating complex legal issues.
  5. Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote, fast-paced environment.
  6. Excellent organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  7. High ethical standards and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity in all legal matters.


Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience supporting technology-driven or fast-growing companies.
  2. Background in data privacy, intellectual property, or employment law.
  3. Familiarity with international legal frameworks or cross-border transactions.
