Job Summary

Join our customer's team on a unique opportunity as a Media Production Assistant - AI Trainer with our customer’s team. Leverage your expertise in film and television workflows to support the development of advanced AI media tools. You will play a crucial role in annotating, reviewing, and refining content that powers next-generation media production technologies.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Review and precisely annotate media clips, identifying shots and key actions with accuracy.
  2. Craft clear, concise, and contextually relevant shot and action descriptions for footage.
  3. Conduct quality assurance checks on AI-generated captions to ensure clarity and correctness.
  4. Support structured scene documentation and organization for ongoing and future annotation efforts.
  5. Collaborate closely with post-production and AI teams to deliver feedback and improvements.
  6. Adhere to defined annotation guidelines and structured processes to maintain data quality.
  7. Communicate findings, ambiguities, and suggestions through both written and verbal channels.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  1. Demonstrated experience supporting post-production teams or handling media asset workflows.
  2. In-depth knowledge of film, television, and production terminology (e.g., shots, camera angles, scene types).
  3. Strong understanding of standard production workflows and shot organization best practices.
  4. Meticulous attention to detail with a passion for accuracy in annotation and documentation.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills—clear, concise, and constructive feedback is essential.
  6. Proven ability to follow structured processes and meet tight deadlines.
  7. English language fluency at a native or C2 proficiency level.
  8. Availability to dedicate at least 30 hours per week over an estimated 2–4 week project duration.


Preferred Qualifications

  1. Previous experience annotating footage or supporting AI training initiatives in media production.
  2. Familiarity with digital asset management and collaborative remote workflows.
  3. Exposure to both creative and technical sides of film/TV production.
