Job Summary:
Join our customer's team as a highly skilled Software Engineer and play a pivotal role in developing state-of-the-art AI agent solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your programming expertise to train advanced AI models in a remote, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain robust AI agent systems.
- Utilize your expertise in multiple programming languages to build scalable and efficient software components.
- Contribute to the training and fine-tuning of AI models, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Write clean, maintainable code and perform rigorous code reviews to uphold high software standards.
- Document system architectures, workflows, and best practices for team knowledge sharing.
- Actively participate in sprint planning, technical discussions, and problem-solving sessions.
- Communicate complex concepts clearly through both written and verbal channels, fostering productive team collaboration.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, OR a minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in software engineering.
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, JAVA, C++, C#, .NET, Node.js, React, and Typescript.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and software development best practices.
- Demonstrated experience working with and training AI/ML models or a keen interest in AI technologies.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical topics to diverse audiences.
- A collaborative mindset with a strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with AI agent projects or related domains.
- Background in deploying distributed or cloud-based systems.
- Passion for staying current with emerging technologies in AI and software engineering.
