Join our customer's team as a Chemistry Expert – AI Trainer and help shape the future of artificial intelligence in chemical sciences. In this fully remote, collaborative role, you'll apply your advanced chemistry knowledge to develop high-quality educational content, ensuring AI learns to reason scientifically with depth and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Solve and document textbook exercises across core chemistry domains, including organic, inorganic, physical, and analytical chemistry.
- Develop detailed, step-by-step solutions with clear explanations to facilitate AI learning and understanding.
- Review and annotate AI-generated responses for conceptual accuracy, depth, and clarity.
- Collaborate closely with project managers and reviewers to ensure alignment with academic and scientific standards.
- Stay current with advancements in chemical sciences and modern teaching methodologies to enhance AI-driven educational content.
- Uphold scientific accuracy and rigor in all deliverables, maintaining a strong focus on precision and integrity.
- Communicate complex concepts effectively through both written and verbal channels.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- MSc. or PhD in Chemistry
- Demonstrated expertise in solving and explaining advanced chemistry problems.
- Experience in teaching, tutoring, or academic research within chemistry.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills for documenting and explaining chemical concepts.
- Commitment to approximately 15–20 hours per week of high-quality, focused work.
- Meticulous attention to detail and dedication to scientific excellence.
- Ability to critically assess and refine complex solutions for accuracy and clarity.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience authoring or reviewing solution manuals, lab manuals, or instructional chemistry texts.
- Familiarity with AI systems, data annotation, or structured content development.
- Background in reviewing chemical content for instructional clarity and precision.
