Key Responsibilities:
- Review, assess, and refine AI-generated responses relating to airfield operations and airport logistics.
- Provide accurate corrections and constructive feedback to enhance AI performance and relevance.
- Ensure all content aligns with aviation regulatory standards, safety protocols, and operational best practices.
- Create or validate training content covering topics such as runway usage, aircraft movement, emergency response, and weather coordination.
- Collaborate with machine learning engineers and content teams to establish and refine data quality guidelines.
- Identify and flag outdated, incorrect, or irrelevant information in AI outputs using expert judgment.
- Maintain thorough documentation of corrections and domain-specific recommendations for continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Airfield Operations Specialist, Airport Operations Officer, Ramp Controller, or a closely related role.
- Comprehensive knowledge of runway safety, aircraft movement procedures, FAA/ICAO regulations, and emergency protocols.
- Hands-on familiarity with airport systems, including NOTAMs, ARFF coordination, FOD prevention, and airfield inspections.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for explaining technical concepts clearly and concisely.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote and structured annotation or content review environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in training, technical writing, safety compliance, or instruction within the aviation sector.
- Background in AI, data labeling, or technical quality assurance is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with airport management systems or simulation platforms.
