Job Summary:
As a Finance Specialist you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required your domain knowledge is what matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality finance domain input to guide AI model training and evaluation processes.
- Collaborate remotely with the customer's team to review, critique, and generate finance-related content in Google Workspace tools.
- Leverage your expert knowledge to create, validate, and improve finance data and documentation.
- Utilize Google Docs, Slides, and Spreadsheets to deliver accurate and comprehensive financial scenarios, reports, and analyses.
- Identify and suggest process improvements for data accuracy, consistency, and efficiency in training datasets.
- Communicate complex financial concepts in clear, concise written and verbal forms tailored to diverse audiences.
- Stay updated on the latest finance trends and Google Workspace functionalities relevant to the project.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in finance-related positions with a proven track record of analytical and reporting expertise.
- Strong educational background in finance or a related field.
- Expert-level proficiency with Google Workspace tools, especially Docs, Slides, and Spreadsheets.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to distill complex ideas effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines in a remote, collaborative environment.
- High attention to detail and commitment to delivering top-quality outputs.
- Adaptability and eagerness to learn new processes in an evolving AI training context.
