In this position, you will leverage your subject matter expertise to create, evaluate, and refine AI prompts, ensuring high-quality outputs for business analyst use cases. Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate closely with AI development and business analyst teams to create and optimize full-cycle AI prompts.

- Serve as a subject matter expert, providing domain-specific guidance on business analysis methodologies and practices.

- Analyze AI outputs for relevance, accuracy, and clarity, offering actionable feedback for continuous improvement.

- Develop comprehensive documentation to support AI training and project workflows.

- Conduct quality assurance reviews of AI-generated content to ensure alignment with business analyst standards.

- Communicate complex findings effectively through both written and verbal channels.

- Stay updated with industry best practices and incorporate them into the AI training process.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a deep understanding of business processes and requirements gathering.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail.

- Demonstrated ability to analyze, design, and optimize workflows and documentation.

- Familiarity with artificial intelligence, natural language processing, or related technologies.

- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

- Experience in prompt engineering or AI content evaluation.

- Self-motivated and adept at working independently in a remote setting.


Preferred Qualifications:

- Prior experience training or evaluating AI systems, particularly in a business context.

- Certification in Business Analysis (such as CBAP, CCBA, or equivalent).

- Background in consulting or delivering training to technical and non-technical audiences.
