Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and deliver end-to-end SAP MM implementations and rollouts, focusing on S/4HANA solutions and complex procurement scenarios across multiple industries.
2. Analyze business processes, gather requirements, and drive detailed design discussions to architect robust SAP MM systems aligned with client objectives.
3. Create and review Business Process Procedures, Functional Specifications, and test documentation while coordinating with ABAP and technical teams for WRICEF and system enhancements.
4. Oversee system configuration, data migration (using LSMW/LTMC), and integration with modules such as SD, PP, QM, PM, Ariba, and Coupa.
5. Mentor and manage a team of 10-15 SAP professionals, fostering skill development and effective collaboration in a dynamic environment.
6. Deliver strong client communication, stakeholder management, and presentation to drive client satisfaction and project success.
7. Champion continuous improvement in SAP Materials Management by utilizing industry best practices and innovative solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. 11-14 years of hands-on experience in SAP MM, Source to Pay, and at least 2+ end-to-end S/4HANA implementations (version 1809 or higher).
2. Certified in SAP S4 Sourcing and Procurement (TS450/TS452-1909 or higher).
3. Proven expertise in MM enterprise structure, master data, procurement, inventory management, and logistics invoice verification.
4. Strong leadership in project and delivery management with demonstrated experience handling mid-size teams and stakeholder communication.
5. Advanced knowledge of Fiori Apps, WRICEF development, and integration with Ariba, Coupa, and VIM (Readsoft or Opentext); experience in PO pricing, batch determination, and automatic account determination.
6. Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with a focus on managing discussions across global teams and driving project documentation.
7. Expertise in preparing test plans, test scripts, functional specifications, and executing data migration activities.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Industry experience in at least two of the following: Life Sciences, Manufacturing, CPG, Retail, Telecom, or Logistics.
2. Exposure to S/4HANA best practices, central procurement, flexible workflow, and business partner configuration.
3. Strong background in procurement business scenarios, indirect procurement tools, and system architecture design.
