Job Summary:
Join our customer’s team as an expert SQL Developer to play a pivotal role in shaping AI training processes. This unique remote opportunity is suited for professionals with substantial experience in SQL, ready to leverage their expertise in a dynamic, innovative environment. Your work will directly impact the development of cutting-edge AI technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and optimize complex SQL queries to support AI data training pipelines and analytics.
- Collaborate with AI engineers and data scientists to understand data requirements and implement effective data solutions.
- Analyze large datasets, extract insights, and ensure data integrity for machine learning workflows.
- Implement and maintain database structures to facilitate efficient data processing and retrieval.
- Document processes and write clear technical and user-facing documentation for SQL workflows.
- Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of SQL scripts and stored procedures.
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience as an SQL Developer, with a track record of delivering high-quality database solutions.
- Deep expertise in writing, optimizing, and troubleshooting advanced SQL queries and stored procedures.
- Strong knowledge of data modeling, normalization, and relational database design principles.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts succinctly.
- Experience working in remote, cross-functional teams and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively within fast-paced, evolving project requirements.
- Keen attention to detail and a passion for data-driven problem solving.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting AI or machine learning data pipelines or similar data-driven projects.
- Background in AI training data curation or annotation workflows.
- Familiarity with cloud-based database solutions and data engineering tools.
