Job Summary:
Join our customer's team as a Product Manager, driving impactful product initiatives in a fully remote environment. You will collaborate with cross-functional experts to shape, launch, and optimize products that deliver real value to users. Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the product roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders and development teams.
- Gather and prioritize customer requirements to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of product features from ideation through launch and iteration.
- Facilitate agile product development processes using tools such as Jira and Linear.
- Lead cross-functional meetings and communicate vision, progress, and priorities with clarity.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and differentiation.
- Monitor product performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and user satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Product Manager in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in product management tools, especially Jira and Linear.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Expertise in collaborating with remote and distributed teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven track record of delivering successful products from concept to launch.
- Experience working closely with engineers, designers, and stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in SaaS, tech, or startup environments.
- Demonstrated success in scaling products for global teams and markets.
- Certification in Agile or Scrum methodologies.
