Key Responsibilities:
- Create, edit, and enhance digital assets using Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, and Illustrator for AI training datasets.
- Collaborate with team members to conceptualize and execute visually compelling graphics and motion designs.
- Ensure all visual deliverables meet project guidelines, technical standards, and brand consistency requirements.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for improving design processes and output quality.
- Maintain organized files and document workflows for reproducibility and knowledge sharing within the team.
- Adapt designs based on team feedback and evolving project directives.
- Communicate project progress and challenges clearly through both written and verbal channels.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Intermediate proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, and Illustrator.
- Strong visual storytelling skills and an eye for design detail.
- Demonstrated experience in creating digital graphics and animations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative approach to teamwork.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a remote work environment.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
- Passion for leveraging creative tools to support innovative AI initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on projects involving AI or machine learning training data.
