  3. Document all customer interactions clearly in our CRM system and follow up as necessary to ensure full resolution.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and enhance service delivery.
  5. Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or escalate when required.
  6. Adhere to established procedures and compliance guidelines to uphold quality standards.
  7. Contribute to team objectives by sharing feedback and actively participating in continuous training initiatives.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  1. High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
  2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating professionalism and empathy.
  3. Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
  4. Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and multiple communication platforms.
  5. Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced, remote environment.

  7. Flexible availability to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
