Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and provide diverse growth data, including campaign performance screenshots, fragmented A/B test results, and competitor funnel insights.
• Curate and compile messy, unstructured datasets tailored for financial AI training purposes.
• Collaborate closely with finance experts to deliver inputs that will be structured into robust forecasts and ROI models.
• Stay updated with industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and emerging growth strategies.
• Document and communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Support iterative feedback loops to continuously improve AI training data quality.
• Demonstrate accountability and reliability in meeting deadlines and deliverables.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in growth management, digital marketing, or related roles with an emphasis on campaign analysis and experimentation.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Familiarity with A/B testing, performance metrics, and funnel optimization.
• Strong organizational skills for managing and delivering unstructured datasets.
• Comfort with ambiguity and shifting between tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and proactive in identifying and gathering relevant data.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote and collaborative setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience collaborating with or supporting AI/ML or finance training projects.
• Background in growth hacking, competitive analysis, or digital analytics.
• Understanding of finance data structure or financial forecasting models.
