Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and produce high-quality graphics for both digital and print media, including marketing collateral, presentations, and social media content.
2. Develop detailed 3D models, animations, and visualizations to support product demonstrations and promotional initiatives.
3. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—marketing, product, and engineering—to translate concepts into engaging visual assets.
4. Maintain and update asset libraries to ensure consistency and accessibility across all projects.
5. Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance design quality and workflow efficiency.
6. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while upholding high standards of excellence.
7. Ensure all design work aligns with our brand guidelines and drives user engagement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, 3D Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
2. Minimum 3 years of professional experience in graphic and 3D design.
3. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and 3D software such as Blender, Maya, or 3ds Max.
4. Strong grasp of typography, color theory, composition, and visual storytelling principles.
5. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative mindset.
6. Detail-oriented with outstanding organizational and time management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience with animation and motion graphics.
2. Background working with cross-functional or multidisciplinary teams.
3. Portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of graphic and 3D design projects.
