Job Title: Automation Technicians

Job Summary:

The Automation Technicians play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and advancement of automated systems that drive our operations. Working on-site in the UAE, you will support our team by installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining cutting-edge automation and control equipment, directly impacting productivity and operational excellence.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Install, test, calibrate, and maintain automated production equipment and industrial control systems.
  2. Troubleshoot and repair PLCs, HMIs, sensors, actuators, drives, and other key automation components.
  3. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime and maximize system reliability.
  4. Monitor automated system performance and proactively identify opportunities for process improvements.
  5. Assist with system upgrades, equipment commissioning, and technical modifications to support operational needs.
  6. Read and interpret electrical schematics, control diagrams, and technical documentation accurately.
  7. Ensure compliance with safety standards, company procedures, and relevant regulatory requirements at all times.
  8. Maintain clear and thorough maintenance records, technical reports, and system documentation.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Technical diploma or vocational certificate in Automation, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field.
  2. 2–5 years of hands-on experience in automation, industrial maintenance, or controls environment.
  3. Strong expertise in troubleshooting PLCs, HMIs, sensors, actuators, drives, and industrial automation systems.
  4. Proficient in reading schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
  6. Demonstrated commitment to safety, attention to detail, and quality workmanship.
  7. Ability to respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and prioritize tasks under pressure.


Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience with automation system upgrades and new equipment commissioning.
  2. Familiarity with leading PLC platforms and SCADA systems.
  3. Previous experience working in a high-volume manufacturing or production facility.
