Join our team as an Oracle Functional SCM Manager and play a pivotal role in driving the success of Oracle Fusion SCM projects for diverse clients. You will lead high-performing teams, architect solutions that streamline supply chain operations, and directly impact business development and presales initiatives. Key Responsibilities


• Lead the end-to-end delivery of multiple Oracle Fusion SCM projects, guaranteeing timely execution and exceptional client outcomes.

• Configure and customize key SCM modules, including Inventory Management, Order Management, Product Master Data Management, Supply Chain Orchestration, and Procurement.

• Collaborate closely with clients to capture business requirements, align solutions with Oracle Fusion capabilities, and deliver strategic roadmaps.

• Drive business development efforts through presales consulting, solution architecture, and effort estimation.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by nurturing robust relationships and maximizing their ROI on SCM investments.

• Mentor and guide team members, championing knowledge sharing and continuous professional growth within our team.

• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure successful project outcomes.


Required Skills and Qualifications


• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Over 10 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion SCM modules and sub-modules.

• Completed a minimum of 5 end-to-end Oracle Fusion SCM implementation projects.

• Proven experience in leading teams and managing people effectively.

• Demonstrated expertise in business development and presales activities, including solutioning and effort estimation.

• Comprehensive understanding of SCM processes such as inventory management, order management, procurement, and supply chain planning.

• Superior written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly.


Preferred Qualifications


• Oracle Fusion SCM certification or equivalent credential.

• Previous experience working in a consulting environment.

• Strong exposure to strategic planning and client advisory roles.
