Key Responsibilities:

- Promote our full range of products and services to enhance the customer experience and support sales objectives.
- Identify, resolve, and where necessary, escalate complex customer issues to the relevant department.
- Follow up with customers to ensure full resolution and satisfaction with the service provided.
- Participate in ongoing training and development sessions to sharpen product knowledge and elevate service delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications in customer service are advantageous.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, ideally within a call center environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and an agile, solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to excel independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Proficiency in navigating computer systems and customer management software.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Formal training or certification in customer service or related disciplines.
- Experience handling challenging customer situations with professionalism and composure.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and multi-channel communication tools.
