Key Responsibilities:

1. Create and curate realistic transportation and logistics prompts, documents, and workflows that mirror industry standards.
2. Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure AI systems comprehend and replicate operational planning and coordination.
3. Assess AI-generated outputs for accuracy, clarity, and adherence to logistics best practices.
4. Continuously identify gaps in AI understanding and provide actionable feedback for model improvement.
5. Maintain a keen attention to detail when crafting and reviewing sample documents, including delivery manifests, fleet schedules, and dispatch communications.
6. Leverage written and verbal communication skills to document findings and outline improvements.
7. Stay updated on trends and regulatory changes within transportation, logistics, and supply chain sectors.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Minimum 3 years’ professional experience in logistics, supply chain, fleet operations, warehouse management, operations analysis, or dispatch.
2. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
3. Demonstrated expertise in creating or managing operational logistics documentation.
4. Proficiency in both written and verbal communication, with an emphasis on clear, concise information sharing.
5. Ability to evaluate and improve upon AI-generated content with industry knowledge.
6. Strong analytical and organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects.
7. Comfort working in a remote, collaborative environment while proactively engaging with diverse teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience as a Fleet Manager, Logistics Coordinator, Warehouse Manager, Operations Analyst, or in a Dispatch Team environment.
2. Familiarity with digital transformation and AI’s role in logistics and supply chain management.
3. Previous involvement in developing or testing AI, machine learning, or automation solutions for operational contexts.
