Key Responsibilities
- Design and facilitate realistic leadership scenarios reflective of first-line supervision in law enforcement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate law enforcement operations into clear, actionable workflows.
- Evaluate and refine AI training modules, ensuring alignment with current legal, ethical, and procedural standards.
- Mentor AI systems by providing feedback on scenario responses involving coordination, ethics, and communication.
- Document and report findings to assist in continuous improvement of public safety solutions.
- Advocate for best practices in crisis management, use-of-force decisions, and team supervision.
- Contribute insights to enhance the realism and utility of AI-powered incident management applications.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience as a first-line supervisor of police or detectives.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Deep knowledge of law enforcement protocols, operational procedures, and ethical standards.
- Ability to simulate and analyze complex scenarios involving personnel management and incident response.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, with a proactive problem-solving approach.

Preferred Qualifications
