Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, motivate, and support entertainment and recreation staff, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Coordinate daily operations, schedules, and activities to ensure seamless execution of programs and events.
- Monitor and maintain compliance with safety regulations, customer standards, and best practices.
- Facilitate effective communication between team members, management, and participants, both written and verbally.
- Resolve conflicts, address concerns, and proactively manage team performance and morale.
- Provide coaching, mentorship, and ongoing feedback to staff to drive professional growth.
- Contribute to program planning, process improvements, and special projects as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of experience in entertainment and recreation supervisory roles—this is our #1 criterion.
- Strong background in entertainment or recreational program management.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to convey information clearly and professionally.
- Proven ability to lead, inspire, and coordinate remote teams with diverse backgrounds.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Outstanding organizational and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Technological proficiency with remote collaboration tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Recognized achievements, awards, or industry accolades in the entertainment or recreation field.
