Job Summary
Join our customer's team as a Senior System Engineer and play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing high-performance systems. Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust system-level software using C++.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, implement, and optimize system architecture and workflows.
- Perform code reviews and provide technical mentorship to less experienced engineers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues with a focus on performance and reliability.
- Contribute to system documentation, ensuring accuracy and clarity for all team members.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product performance and quality.
- Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Extensive experience in system engineering, specifically with C++ development.
- Proven ability to design and implement scalable, high-performance system solutions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity and precision.
- In-depth knowledge of system architecture, operating systems, and networking fundamentals.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Experience working in a remote, collaborative environment.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and deliver results in a fast-paced setting.
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to cloud infrastructure and distributed systems.
- Experience with modern software development tools and practices such as CI/CD and version control systems.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
