Job Summary:
Kathy Kuo Home is seeking a Senior Front-End Developer to join our vibrant e-commerce team. In this role, you will lead the creation of engaging, high-performance digital experiences across our website, including seamless shopping flows and UI optimization. You will closely collaborate with design, product, and back-end teams to ensure a cohesive and delightful customer experience across all digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the front-end development of the KKH website and associated digital properties.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create responsive and compelling interfaces.
• Transform design systems and mockups into high-quality HTML, CSS, and JS code.
• Enhance site performance, loading speed, and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
• Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices.
• Integrate APIs and dynamic content with back-end developers.
• Contribute to the evolution of our tech stack and CI/CD pipelines.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• 5+ years of professional front-end development experience, ideally in e-commerce.
• Expertise in JavaScript, HTML5, AJAX, REST, and CSS3/SASS.
• Experience with modern frameworks such as React, Next.js, or Vue.js.
• Proficiency with JQuery & JSON.
• Strong understanding of web performance, SEO, and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1).
• Skilled in version control using Git and CI/CD environments.
• Keen UI/UX sensibility with attention to pixel-perfect detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Familiarity with e-commerce optimization techniques such as CRO and A/B testing.
• Experience developing animations and micro-interactions.
• Knowledge of analytics tools like GA4 and Hotjar and cloud services such as AWS and Vercel.
