Role Summary

The CISO will define and lead the organization’s global security strategy, protecting advanced AI research environments, proprietary data pipelines, and mission-critical platforms. As a key member of the executive team, this leader will shape the company’s confidentiality posture, ensure regulatory compliance, and represent security excellence in high-impact client and government-facing engagements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Set the enterprise security vision and implement a zero-trust architecture across all systems and data pipelines.
2. Secure AI Labs environments, including RL platforms, robotics systems, and sensitive datasets.
3. Oversee identity and access management, SSO/2FA, device and email security, and software governance.
4. Ensure compliance with SOC2, ISO, GDPR, and other regulatory or client requirements.
5. Build and lead a high-performance confidentiality and security organization.
6. Establish and maintain 24/7 threat detection, incident response, and crisis management protocols.
7. Drive a security-first culture through training, awareness, and executive communication.
8. Develop and enforce enterprise IT and data security policies, supporting readiness for government procurement.

Required Qualifications

1. Proven executive experience as a CISO or senior cybersecurity leader.
2. Expertise in security frameworks (SOC2, ISO, GDPR) and zero-trust methodologies.
3. Strong background in threat detection, monitoring, and incident response.
4. Excellent executive and technical communication skills.
5. Hands-on experience with IAM, SSO/2FA, device management, and email security.
6. Track record of building and leading high-performing security teams.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience supporting enterprise or government sales with security expertise.
2. Familiarity with AI Lab, data pipeline, or robotics security environments.
3. Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA.
