Job Description
Job Title: Chief Information Security Officer
Job Type: Full-time

Role Summary
The CISO will define and lead the organization’s global security strategy, protecting advanced AI research environments, proprietary data pipelines, and mission-critical platforms. As a key member of the executive team, this leader will shape the company’s confidentiality posture, ensure regulatory compliance, and represent security excellence in high-impact client and government-facing engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Set the enterprise security vision and implement a zero-trust architecture across all systems and data pipelines.
- Secure AI Labs environments, including RL platforms, robotics systems, and sensitive datasets.
- Oversee identity and access management, SSO/2FA, device and email security, and software governance.
- Ensure compliance with SOC2, ISO, GDPR, and other regulatory or client requirements.
- Build and lead a high-performance confidentiality and security organization.
- Establish and maintain 24/7 threat detection, incident response, and crisis management protocols.
- Drive a security-first culture through training, awareness, and executive communication.
- Develop and enforce enterprise IT and data security policies, supporting readiness for government procurement.
Required Qualifications
- Proven executive experience as a CISO or senior cybersecurity leader.
- Expertise in security frameworks (SOC2, ISO, GDPR) and zero-trust methodologies.
- Strong background in threat detection, monitoring, and incident response.
- Excellent executive and technical communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with IAM, SSO/2FA, device management, and email security.
- Track record of building and leading high-performing security teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting enterprise or government sales with security expertise.
- Familiarity with AI Lab, data pipeline, or robotics security environments.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA.
