Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, refine, and implement detailed rubrics for assessing the efficacy of search query results.
- Perform precise data annotation, labeling, and categorization.
- Analyze and rate search outputs based on established criteria, ensuring high standards of accuracy and relevance.
- Collaborate closely with fellow annotators and team leads to share feedback and enhance annotation protocols.
- Document findings and annotation processes with clear, concise written communication.
- Identify inconsistencies and suggest improvements for search result quality and annotation guidelines.
- Maintain a proactive approach to meeting targets and delivering quality outputs within set deadlines.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Familiarity with data annotation or research-intensive roles.
- Exceptional attention to detail and methodical work habits.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills—clarity and care in expression are a must.
- Proven expertise in navigating the web and evaluating online information sources.
