Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and refine AI training datasets using advanced engineering concepts and methodologies.
- Collaborate with AI researchers and developers to optimize machine learning models for accuracy and performance.
- Analyze complex technical materials and translate them into structured, high-quality input for AI systems.
- Review, evaluate, and improve AI-generated outputs for technical accuracy and relevance.
- Provide expert engineering feedback to enhance AI training protocols and processes.
- Communicate technical insights and recommendations clearly, both in writing and verbally, to diverse audiences.
- Stay current with emerging trends in AI, engineering, and technology to ensure cutting-edge training standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in an engineering or technology-related role.
- Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in engineering, technology, or a related field.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong emphasis on detail and clarity.
- Proven ability to synthesize and articulate complex technical concepts effectively.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving expertise in technical environments.
