Job Summary

Join our customer's team as an Engineer AI trainer and help shape the next generation of artificial intelligence solutions. You will leverage your engineering expertise and advanced academic background to train, guide, and mentor AI systems, contributing to high-impact projects in a dynamic, collaborative, and fully remote environment.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Design, develop, and refine AI training datasets using advanced engineering concepts and methodologies.
  2. Collaborate with AI researchers and developers to optimize machine learning models for accuracy and performance.
  3. Analyze complex technical materials and translate them into structured, high-quality input for AI systems.
  4. Review, evaluate, and improve AI-generated outputs for technical accuracy and relevance.
  5. Provide expert engineering feedback to enhance AI training protocols and processes.
  6. Communicate technical insights and recommendations clearly, both in writing and verbally, to diverse audiences.
  7. Stay current with emerging trends in AI, engineering, and technology to ensure cutting-edge training standards.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  1. Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in an engineering or technology-related role.
  2. Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in engineering, technology, or a related field.
  3. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong emphasis on detail and clarity.
  4. Proven ability to synthesize and articulate complex technical concepts effectively.
  5. Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving expertise in technical environments.
  6. Experience collaborating in remote, cross-functional teams.
  7. Strong organizational skills and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
