Job Summary:
Join our customer's team as an Advertising and Promotions Manager - AI Trainer and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of advertising strategy and AI-driven campaign design. This unique position blends hands-on advertising expertise with the opportunity to train and refine AI models, ensuring they reflect current industry best practices and creative approaches.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, direct, and coordinate advertising policies, promotional programs, and collateral development to generate maximum interest in products or services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, creative, and advertising agencies to create innovative advertising solutions.
- Develop, review, and refine advertising copy, layouts, scripts, and multimedia content for quality and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Train AI systems using your expertise in advertising and promotions, ensuring accuracy in campaign strategy, messaging, and creative executions.
- Facilitate communication between media partners, internal departments, and stakeholders to drive campaign success and coordinate deliverables.
- Analyze and report on advertising performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and inform AI training.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in advertising and AI.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in advertising, promotions management, or a similar role (e.g., Account Executive, Communications Director, Creative Services Director).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and clarity.
- Demonstrated ability to plan, coordinate, and execute multi-channel advertising campaigns.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Familiarity with digital advertising platforms, creative tools, and analytics.
- Experience collaborating with diverse teams, including sales, graphic arts, media, and research.
- Comfort working in fast-paced, remote environments and leveraging technology for cross-team communication.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience training or mentoring others in advertising or related fields.
- Background working with or training AI, machine learning, or automation tools in a marketing context.
- Advanced knowledge of industry regulations and best practices in advertising and promotions.
