Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients, acting as their advocate within our team.
  • Develop a deep understanding of each client's business objectives, industry challenges, and evolving needs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams including sales, marketing, and product development to deliver seamless project execution and exceed client expectations.
  • Oversee the full account lifecycle—from onboarding through renewal—ensuring exceptional service and client satisfaction at every stage.
  • Identify growth opportunities within accounts, proactively upselling relevant products or services aligned with client objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze account KPIs, providing clients with regular, insightful reports and updates.
  • Organize and lead periodic account review meetings to gather feedback and continuously improve our services.
  • Resolve client issues promptly by collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a genuine care for clear, empathetic client interactions.
  • Proven experience managing client relationships in a similar account management or customer success role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple accounts and priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with diverse teams remotely.
  • Skilled in resolving challenges, negotiating solutions, and managing client expectations.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent for tracking account activity and metrics.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on maintaining accurate account records and documentation.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in B2B environments or experience with SaaS products and services.
  • Familiarity with sales and marketing principles for strategic account growth.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
