We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in Cebu. As an integral part of our customer support department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our valued clients through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with a focus on first-call resolution.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes.
- Provide product and service information to assist customers with their needs.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
- Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- College Graduate with or without BPO experience or Senior High School Graduate/ Completed 2nd year in College with 6 months BPO Experience
- Must be conversant in English
- Willing to Work in Shifting Schedule
- Amenable to work onsite in Cebu
