Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver comprehensive financial reports and dashboards using Power BI, providing timely and actionable insights to management.
- Analyse complex financial data, identifying trends, variances, and opportunities for operational and strategic improvements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with business partners to support budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations to enhance financial performance.
- Conduct scenario analysis and financial modelling to support business case development and investment decisions.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all financial reporting activities.
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly both in writing and verbally to diverse stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
- Demonstrated expertise in Power BI for data visualisation and financial analysis.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to convey complex financial information clearly.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with additional analytics or financial planning tools.
- Background in supporting hybrid or remote teams.
- Prior exposure to multinational or large-scale corporate environments.
