Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive financial reports and dashboards using Power BI, providing timely and actionable insights to management.
  • Analyse complex financial data, identifying trends, variances, and opportunities for operational and strategic improvements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with business partners to support budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations to enhance financial performance.
  • Conduct scenario analysis and financial modelling to support business case development and investment decisions.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all financial reporting activities.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations clearly both in writing and verbally to diverse stakeholders.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
  • Demonstrated expertise in Power BI for data visualisation and financial analysis.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to convey complex financial information clearly.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with additional analytics or financial planning tools.
  • Background in supporting hybrid or remote teams.
  • Prior exposure to multinational or large-scale corporate environments.
