Job Summary:

We are currently looking for experienced Mathematicians with an advanced degree (PhD, Masters) for a unique project-based role. Help shape the future of Generative AI by crafting original content, designing problem-solving puzzles, and providing feedback to improve AI models in mathematical reasoning. This short-term remote position offers a chance to make a significant impact in the domain of AI and mathematics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create original problem sets, test questions, and scenarios to test an AI model's mathematical problem-solving capabilities, from basic algebra to number theory.
• Evaluate human and AI-generated prompt-response pairs for accuracy, completeness, relevance, and style.
• Perform peer review of other AI Trainers’ contributions.
• Collaborate with a team to ensure the AI models are learning effectively and efficiently.
• Provide insightful feedback and suggestions to improve AI’s mathematical reasoning abilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Advanced degree in Mathematics, PhD or Masters preferred.
• Excellent English writing skills, with a strong sense of style, tone, and textual organization.
• Proficiency in LaTeX and style guides for typesetting formal language.
• Strong ability to communicate complex mathematical concepts clearly and effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience training Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI is strongly preferred.
