Job Summary:

We are seeking skilled and dedicated Machine Operators to join our team in Saudi Arabia. In this pivotal role, you will operate and monitor advanced fiberglass production machinery to ensure the manufacture of top-quality products. You will play a crucial part in maintaining safety, efficiency, and precise adherence to industry standards and production specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operate fiberglass manufacturing machinery, including pultrusion, filament winding, chopping, or molding equipment.
2. Set up, adjust, and calibrate machines accurately for various production runs based on order requirements and technical documents.
3. Monitor machine performance and product quality, executing timely adjustments to optimize productivity and maintain quality standards.
4. Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning on assigned machines to maximize uptime and operational safety.
5. Inspect finished fiberglass products for defects, ensuring strict compliance with all specifications and industry guidelines.
6. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve minor mechanical or production issues to minimize downtime.
7. Maintain thorough and accurate production and maintenance records to support process excellence and traceability.
8. Strictly follow all safety protocols, particularly when handling resins, chemicals, and fiberglass materials.
9. Collaborate with fellow production team members to achieve daily targets and deadlines, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Demonstrated experience as a machine operator, with preference for backgrounds in fiberglass or composite manufacturing.
2. Comprehensive knowledge of fiberglass production processes, relevant machinery, and materials.
3. Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and production orders with high accuracy.
4. Strong physical stamina and manual dexterity to operate machinery and handle materials safely.
5. Keen attention to detail and unwavering commitment to quality standards.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, critical for team coordination and documentation.
7. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven production environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Hands-on experience with pultrusion, filament winding, or molding machines.
2. Basic mechanical skills for troubleshooting and performing minor maintenance tasks.
3. Awareness of health and safety standards specific to fiberglass manufacturing operations.
