Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding, inclusive, and authentic customer service reflective of the Beyond Retro brand.
- Expertly guide customers through our vintage collections, offering personalized styling advice and product recommendations.
- Showcase and sell Beyond Retro products, actively engaging customers both online and offline.
- Operate tills efficiently and assist in transactional processes.
- Support daily operational procedures, including delivery processing, stock takes, and product replenishment.
- Maintain a healthy, safe, and tidy work environment by following all Health & Safety procedures.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in vintage and sustainable fashion to better serve and inspire our customers.
