Job Title: Customer Service Representative - Iloilo


Job Type: Full-time


Location: Onsite, Iloilo, Philippines


We are looking for CSRs to join a fast growing account in Iloilo. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to valued clients through effective communication, problem-solving skills, and customer profiling.


Key Responsibilities


  1. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  2. Resolve customer issues and complaints with a focus on first-call resolution
  3. Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of customer interactions
  4. Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes
  5. Provide product and service information to assist customers with their needs
  6. Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience
  7. Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets


Required Skills and Qualifications


  1. At least a High School Graduate / SHS Graduate with or without BPO experience
  2. Must be conversant in both spoken and written English
  3. Amenable to work fully on-site in Iloilo
  4. Amenable to work on shifting schedule
  5. Can start ASAP
