Job Description
Job Title: Sr. Project Manager-Cyber Security
Job Type: Contractor
Location: Remote
Job Summary: In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end management of complex cybersecurity projects across infrastructure, applications, and enterprise platforms.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables aligned with organizational security goals and standards.
- Identify, monitor, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies related to security posture and compliance requirements.
- Engage and coordinate cross-functional teams, including security, infrastructure, applications, and operations stakeholders.
- Facilitate workshops and alignment sessions to gather and refine security requirements.
- Ensure successful implementation, integration, and adoption of security solutions across diverse systems and entities.
- Oversee vendor and implementation partner performance, ensuring adherence to security frameworks and policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 8–12 years of project management experience, with a strong background in cybersecurity or infrastructure projects.
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification is required.
- Deep understanding of cybersecurity domains such as identity security, application security, or cloud security.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple stakeholders, including technical and business teams, and third-party vendors.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively.
- Proven expertise in project planning, execution, risk management, and delivery oversight.
- Familiarity with industry security standards and frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS) is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or Security+.
- Experience in government, public sector, or large-scale enterprise environments.
- Track record managing large-scale security programs across multiple systems and business entities.
