Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately annotate, label, and categorize large datasets according to project guidelines.
- Review and validate data inputs, ensuring consistency and completeness across assignments.
- Collaborate with team members to clarify ambiguous data and resolve annotation discrepancies.
- Maintain meticulous records of annotation activities and report progress regularly.
- Identify patterns and anomalies in data to improve annotation processes and dataset quality.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on evolving annotation guidelines and tools.
- Communicate findings and challenges effectively through detailed written and verbal updates.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in data annotation or related data processing roles.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong contextual understanding and analytical thinking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a commitment to clear, concise reporting.
- Basic technical proficiency with annotation tools and data management platforms.
- Demonstrated reliability in meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new tasks, guidelines, and feedback.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with machine learning or AI-driven projects.
- Background in linguistics, data science, or a related field.
