Job Summary

Join our customer's team as a Human Resources & People Operations AI Trainer and help shape the future of HR technology. You will leverage your expertise across HR compliance, data analysis, employee relations, and workforce planning to develop and optimize AI-driven solutions for core people operations functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement AI training modules focused on Employee Relations & Communication, Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning, HR Compliance & Policy Management, and HR Data Analysis & Process Optimization.
  • Collaborate with HR and People Operations professionals to identify business needs and translate them into actionable AI training objectives.
  • Utilize HR systems such as ATS, HRIS, and payroll platforms to extract and analyze data related to turnover, hiring metrics, and employee performance.
  • Leverage insights from data analysis to drive continuous improvement in HR processes, employee experience, and organizational efficiency.
  • Ensure all AI-driven solutions adhere to HR compliance standards and support effective policy management.
  • Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions and provide guidance to team members on best practices in AI-powered HR operations.
  • Document training outcomes, feedback, and key learnings to inform future AI development in HR.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (Master’s or Ph.D.) in a relevant field required.
  • Demonstrated expertise in HR compliance, employee relations, workforce planning, and HR data analysis.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex topics clearly and concisely.
  • Hands-on experience working with HR systems (ATS, HRIS, payroll tools) and leveraging data for process optimization.
  • Proven ability to analyze workforce data and apply insights to improve organizational outcomes.
  • Experience developing or delivering training content, preferably in an HR or People Operations context.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a passion for advancing HR technology.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fully remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in AI model training, prompt engineering, or digital transformation initiatives within HR.
  • Certifications in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) or People Analytics.
  • Familiarity with process optimization tools or methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) applied to HR functions.
