Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and driven Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic team. This remote, full-time role offers the opportunity to leverage your sourcing and recruitment expertise to identify, engage, and hire top technical talent. You will be pivotal in building a strong team that aligns with our company culture and values.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify top technical talent.
  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral analysis to assess candidate fit within the company culture.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand and meet their recruitment needs.
  • Maintain strong communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Create and manage a pipeline of qualified candidates for future consideration.
  • Utilize various recruiting tools and platforms to enhance the recruitment process.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in technical recruitment and sourcing.
  • Strong behavioral analysis skills to assess candidate qualifications and compatibility.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific recruitment tools and platforms.
  • Proven track record of successfully recruiting for technical roles.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Understanding of current trends in technology and recruitment.
  • Experience in developing recruitment strategies for diverse and inclusive hiring.
