Job Title: Oracle Fusion Technical Developer - Consultant
Job Type: Full-time
Location: Hybrid – Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines
Job Summary:
Join our team as an Oracle Fusion Technical Developer - Consultant and play a key role in optimizing and enhancing Oracle Fusion Applications through innovative integrations, data migrations, and custom reporting. You will leverage both technical proficiency and strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring scalable and secure solutions that drive business value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop integrations between Oracle Fusion Applications and external systems using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), SOAP, and REST APIs.
- Collaborate with functional teams to translate business integration and data requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Perform ETL processes to migrate data from legacy systems into Oracle Fusion Applications leveraging FBDI, ADFDI, and related tools.
- Develop and optimize custom reports and dashboards utilizing Oracle BI Publisher, OTBI, and Smart View, ensuring the timely delivery of actionable insights.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration and data conversion issues to maintain business continuity and data integrity.
- Document technical designs, integration workflows, and data mappings, and provide training and support to end-users.
- Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement in integrations, data processes, and reporting capabilities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- 5-7 years of hands-on experience in technical development within Oracle Fusion Applications.
- Strong expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud, SQL, PL/SQL, SOAP, REST APIs, FBDI, and ADFDI.
- Proven track record in developing integrations, executing data conversions, and creating custom reports.
- Competency in Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, including modules such as ERP, HCM, or SCM.
- Proficiency with Oracle BI Publisher, OTBI, and Smart View, with a strong analytical approach to problem-solving.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively interface with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Oracle certifications related to technical development in Oracle Fusion Applications.
- Experience working in hybrid or highly collaborative team environments.
- Up-to-date knowledge of Oracle Fusion advancements and innovative technical solutions.
