Job Title: Production Assembler

Job Summary:

Join our customer’s team as a Production Assembler where your expertise will be critical to assembling complex components with precision and efficiency. You’ll leverage your technical skills to read digital schematics, master digital torque tools, and maintain meticulous quality standards—all from the comfort of a remote environment. Help shape the future of manufacturing by logging every detail and ensuring flawless assembly.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Interpret and assemble components according to detailed technical blueprints and digital schematics.
  2. Utilize digital torque tools and precision hand tools to ensure highest assembly standards.
  3. Accurately log assembly progress, defects, and completion data into a Manufacturing Execution System (MES) using tablets or terminals.
  4. Conduct thorough quality assurance checks and enter QA metrics in real-time.
  5. Follow remote communication protocols and collaborate actively with team members and supervisors.
  6. Identify, troubleshoot, and report assembly issues promptly to maintain workflow efficiency.
  7. Maintain organized, accurate digital records and uphold rigorous production documentation standards.



Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Expert literacy in reading and interpreting technical blueprints and digital schematics.
  2. Mastery in precision hand-tools and digital torque tools.
  3. Demonstrated experience with logging data in MES or similar manufacturing platforms.
  4. Advanced terminal entry skills and familiarity with tablet-based QA systems.
  5. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for remote collaboration.
  6. Strong active listening abilities to understand and execute complex instructions.
  7. Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering flawless assemblies.



Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience working in a remote manufacturing or assembly environment.
  2. Formal technical training or certification in electronics, mechanical assembly, or related fields.
  3. Prior exposure to lean manufacturing or Six Sigma processes.
