Join our customer's team as a Healthcare Administrative Supervisor and play a pivotal role in shaping the efficiency and effectiveness of healthcare office operations. You will directly supervise and coordinate a distributed team of clerical and administrative staff, ensuring seamless scheduling, records management, and patient coordination in a dynamic, virtual environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Directly supervise, motivate, and support administrative and clerical teams to achieve optimal workflow and productivity.
  • Oversee daily office operations including patient scheduling, records management, and communication processes.
  • Coordinate and implement efficient patient coordination and care pathways, optimizing administrative performance.
  • Provide subject matter expertise to guide AI systems in understanding healthcare administrative workflows, terminology, and compliance standards.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and enhance administrative processes for continuous improvement and regulatory compliance.
  • Facilitate clear and effective written and verbal communication among staff, patients, and cross-functional teams.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate administrative staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and professional growth.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience supervising healthcare administrative or clerical teams, preferably in a remote or hybrid environment.
  • Deep knowledge of healthcare office operations, including appointment scheduling, medical records management, and patient communication.
  • Demonstrated expertise in implementing office workflows, compliance practices, and administrative best practices.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity, empathy, and professionalism.
  • Ability to model real-world staff, patient, and admin tool interactions for process optimization and AI training purposes.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
  • High proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems, scheduling tools, and remote collaboration platforms.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field.
  • Experience guiding or collaborating with technology teams on process automation or AI-driven solutions.
  • Formal training in healthcare compliance (e.g., HIPAA, OSHA).
