Key Responsibilities :

• Train AI models by evaluating outputs, providing constructive feedback, and identifying areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive training datasets and ensure content consistency.
• Maintain high standards of linguistic and contextual accuracy across diverse subject matter.
• Document editing processes and contribute to the evolution of editorial best practices for AI training.
• Monitor the effectiveness of training interventions and suggest optimizations based on data-driven insights.
• Champion excellent communication within the team, ensuring seamless knowledge sharing and feedback loops.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

• Exceptional command of written and verbal English with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proven experience in editing, proofreading, or content development roles.
