Key Responsibilities

- Conduct user research, usability tests, and analyze feedback to inform and iterate design decisions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts effectively.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align design vision with business goals.
- Advocate for the user through documentation, journey mapping, and accessibility best practices.
- Contribute to and help maintain our evolving design system for visual consistency.
- Champion asynchronous, written communication throughout the design process.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in UX design for web and mobile platforms.
- Proficiency with leading design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-focused design solutions.
- Excellent written communication skills, with an ability to articulate design decisions clearly in an async environment.
- Proven ability to conduct user research and synthesize findings into actionable insights.
- Solid understanding of usability, accessibility, and responsive design principles.
- Collaborative mindset with attention to detail and a drive for continuous learning.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a hybrid or remote-first, async team environment.
- Background in building or maintaining design systems.
- Familiarity with front-end development concepts or tools.
