Key Responsibilities:

  • Model and document best practices in health information management, appointment scheduling, and insurance processing for AI training purposes.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on medical terminology, office protocols, and patient data workflows.
  • Collaborate with AI development teams to provide insights and feedback from a medical administrative perspective.
  • Review and validate AI outputs to ensure accuracy in understanding and application of medical administrative tasks.
  • Create written and verbal examples of authentic medical office communications to train language models.
  • Assist in developing comprehensive datasets that reflect real-world medical administrative scenarios.
  • Identify gaps in AI knowledge and propose solutions for continuous improvement of training data.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Medical Secretary, Medical Administrative Assistant, or similar healthcare administrative role.
  • Extensive knowledge of health information handling, appointment systems, and insurance processing.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
  • Comfort with technology and a willingness to engage with AI-driven tools and platforms.
  • Ability to translate complex medical administrative processes into clear, structured documentation.
  • Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a collaborative team environment.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience training or onboarding others in medical office environments.
  • Exposure to medical AI, data annotation, or related healthcare technology projects.
  • Advanced certifications in medical office administration or health information management.
