Job Summary

You will leverage your industry experience and business education to drive impactful strategies, foster innovation, and deliver measurable results across diverse projects in a dynamic, remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Analyze market trends and develop actionable business insights to inform decision-making and strategy.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into business processes and workflows.
3. Identify opportunities for operational improvement and efficiency by leveraging data and advanced AI tools.
4. Develop comprehensive reports and presentations for stakeholders, ensuring clear and compelling communication of findings and recommendations.
5. Facilitate knowledge transfer and training sessions to upskill team members in business and AI best practices.
6. Monitor project progress, track key KPIs, and adapt strategies to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
7. Stay updated on industry developments and emerging AI technologies to maintain the team’s competitive edge.

Required Skills and Qualifications

1. BSc in Business, Management, or a related discipline.
2. Proven experience in a business expert or industry EP role, preferably in fast-paced environments.
3. Strong proficiency with AI tools and their practical applications within business contexts.
4. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex ideas for diverse audiences.
5. Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking abilities with a keen attention to detail.
6. Excellent organizational and project management skills, with experience managing multiple priorities remotely.
7. MacOS 15.0 or later is required for daily workflow and collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Prior experience working with distributed or remote teams.
2. Certification or formal training in AI, data analytics, or digital transformation initiatives.
3. Familiarity with the latest AI-driven business solutions and industry trends.
