Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and refine detailed claims evaluation rubrics and guidelines for use in AI model training.
2. Analyze, review, and annotate real-world insurance claims data to teach and optimize AI decision-making.
3. Collaborate closely with technical teams to communicate insurance nuances and ensure compliance with US regulations.
4. Provide insights on policy coverage interpretation, eligibility adjudication, and claims best practices.
5. Monitor evolving industry standards and regulatory changes to maintain model accuracy and relevance.
6. Deliver clear, constructive written and verbal feedback to developers and fellow trainers.
7. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving claim-related logic issues surfaced during AI training cycles.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Extensive knowledge of US insurance policies, coverages, and claims processing workflows.
2. Proven experience in handling eligibility assessments, adjudication, and issue resolution in an insurance environment.
3. Strong awareness of regulatory and compliance requirements affecting US insurance claims.
4. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills—clarity, empathy, and thoroughness are valued.
5. Detail-oriented with the ability to create clear documentation and instructional materials.
