Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and refine detailed claims evaluation rubrics and guidelines for use in AI model training.
- Analyze, review, and annotate real-world insurance claims data to teach and optimize AI decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with technical teams to communicate insurance nuances and ensure compliance with US regulations.
- Provide insights on policy coverage interpretation, eligibility adjudication, and claims best practices.
- Monitor evolving industry standards and regulatory changes to maintain model accuracy and relevance.
- Deliver clear, constructive written and verbal feedback to developers and fellow trainers.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving claim-related logic issues surfaced during AI training cycles.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Extensive knowledge of US insurance policies, coverages, and claims processing workflows.
- Proven experience in handling eligibility assessments, adjudication, and issue resolution in an insurance environment.
- Strong awareness of regulatory and compliance requirements affecting US insurance claims.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills—clarity, empathy, and thoroughness are valued.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to create clear documentation and instructional materials.
